Responsibilities

• Must have strong communication and detailed note-writing for case files.

• Set appropriate limits and boundaries with youth.
• Maintain confidentiality in all cases.
• Energy and flexibility to meet changing needs of children/youth.
• Handle multiple tasks and make sound decisions.
• Observe individuals and report accurate findings.
• Follow safety protocols and respond to emergencies as needed.
