Residing Hope in Florida is seeking a Youth Care Specialist II to support children in crisis in group homes and respite settings. You will supervise youths, help create a nurturing cottage atmosphere, and arrange transportation to activities and appointments.

The role includes meal prep, health and clothing support, and documenting care and progress. Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent with 2–4 years in child welfare preferred, plus a valid driver license and comfort with

• High School diploma or equivalent; 2–4 years in child welfare preferred.
• Experience as mental health/behavioral aide preferred.
• Driver license with clean record required.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise youth on shift to ensure safety and well-being.
• Foster growth in cottage groups and individuals.
• Coordinate transportation for youth activities and appointments.
• Prepare meals per approved menus and manage commissary needs.
• Support health, clothing, and medication administration with proper records.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and incident documentation.
• Implement behavioral plans and document responses and progress.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
