Job summary

Residing Hope is seeking a full-time Child and Family Therapist to provide in-depth clinical assessment and therapy to children and families. The role includes individual, group, and family sessions, progress monitoring, and treatment plan oversight.

The position requires a Master’s Degree in Human Services or related field, two years of experience, and a Florida license or licensure eligibility. On-call coverage and occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Human Services or related field is required or equivalent training/experience.
• Active Florida LCSW/LMHC/LMFT or license eligible preferred; licensure pursued.
• Experience with children who have complex trauma, mental health, and behavioral disorders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychosocial assessment upon case assignment.
• Provide treatment planning and oversight for behavioral health programs.
• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy to youth and families.
• Maintain comprehensive case records for all youth in care.
• Attend court hearings and guardian ad Litem meetings as needed.
• Serve as on-call clinician for assigned residents.
