Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred in a human service field.
• Six months of direct care/positive guidance experience with youth, young adults, or families preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment and supervise clients per program needs.
• Provide basic needs support, activities planning, and daily living skill development.
• Transport clients to appointments and activities as required.
• Complete documentation and collaborate with case workers and families.
