Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree in a human service field preferred.
• Six months of direct care and guidance experience with youth, young adults, or families preferred.
• Must have a valid Texas driver’s license and be willing to transport clients; solid driving record.

Responsibilities

• Complete client intakes and assist with intake documents.
• Provide clients with basic needs and a clean, safe living environment.
• Provide supervision and bed checks as required.
• Deliver behavioral support and crisis intervention as needed.
• Follow daily schedules and plan life skills activities.
• Transport clients to appointments and activities.
• Document appropriately for licensing, grants, and contracts.
• Collaborate with caseworkers and other supports to meet client needs.
