ACH Child and Family Services seeks a Youth Care Specialist to supervise daily client activities and provide a therapeutic environment across physical, mental, academic, medical, and emotional domains. Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree in a human service field preferred.
• Six months of direct care and positive guidance experience with youth, young adults, or families in residential or professional settings.
• Must have a valid Texas driver's license or obtain one within 90 days of residency and maintain acceptable driving record.

Aufgaben

• Supervise clients daily and provide a therapeutic environment addressing physical, mental, academic, medical, relational, spiritual, and emotional needs.
• Assist clients with daily living tasks and skills development toward service plan goals.
• Transport clients to appointments, activities, and visits; participate in planning and implementing life skills activities.
• Maintain safety, confidentiality, and adherence to licensing and program standards; complete documentation as required.
