Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with experience or Associate’s degree plus 2 years’ experience working with youth.
• Experience may be substituted for education.
• Knowledge of Spanish in oral and written communication is desired.

Responsibilities

• Support individual growth and development of residents.
• Encourage and motivate residents through positive reinforcement.
• Document logs and reports as required.
• Transport and supervise residents responsibly.
