Job summary

One Hope United is seeking a Transitional Living Program Supervisor in Illinois to oversee daily operations of a TLP living environment. The role emphasizes trauma-informed, strength-based care and ongoing skill development for youth, under the OHU Transitional Living Program Plan.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating schedules, and leading behavior and program planning. The position requires TCI/ARC training, documentation, and collaboration with clinical teams to support

Qualifications

• Education: BA/BS degree in related and/or approved field; eligible for MHP status.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years congregate care or approved mental health experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Certification: MHP eligible.
• Other: Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record; DCFS background check; able to transport youth; TCI training.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily TLP living environment and staff scheduling.
• Supervise youth care workers and career coach; model and build skills.
• Lead group and individual instruction in daily living and social skills.
• Maintain required documentation and performance evaluations.
• Participate in clinical teams, trainings, and discharge planning.
