Qualifications

• MA/MS in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field; license-eligible.
• One year of related clinical experience preferred.
• Experience with youth, trauma, or residential settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and comprehensive diagnostic assessments for youth referred to the program.
• Develop tailored treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices and trauma-informed interventions.
• Provide engaging individual and group therapy sessions in a home-based setting.
• Coordinate care among schools, medical providers, and other stakeholders to ensure a unified approach.
• Maintain comprehensive clinical documentation including progress notes, assessments, and discharge summaries.
• Lead multidisciplinary team meetings and participate in required staffing sessions.
