Little Flower Children and Family Services of New York is seeking a group leader for its St. John’s Residence for Boys program in New York.

You will supervise staff and resident teams using the MYSI framework to maintain safety and therapeutic engagement, while coordinating with medical, social services, and external providers. The role requires overseeing schedules, leading treatment planning, and ensuring all shifts meet required staffing levels.

Qualifications

• Requires a degree in human services or related field.
• Experience with vulnerable youth preferred.
• Familiarity with MYSI approach/standards and NSP programming.

Responsabilités

• Assign advocates to all residents upon arrival to the facility.
• Facilitate no less than 5 therapeutic group meetings consistently.
• Coordinate staff schedules two weeks in advance with final approval from site director.
• Assist Unit Manager in weekly team meeting facilitation.
• Ensure shifts maintain staffing ratios and cover all shifts.
