Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a related field required.
• Minimum of two years in behavioral health, healthcare administration, client services, or related fields.
• Strong interpersonal, organization, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, families, and community members.
• Respond to inquiries and provide information regarding services, referrals, and treatment options.
• Maintain a welcoming, trauma-informed, healing-centered, and culturally responsive front lobby environment.
• Coordinate client intake, onboarding and enrollment processes.
• Assist clients with completing intake paperwork and required documentation.
• Schedule intake appointments and communicate throughout the intake process.
• Conduct appointment reminders and outreach.
• Coordinate referrals, provider matching, waitlists, and service navigation.
• Support client records confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
