Job summary

The Women’s Home in Spring Branch/Montrose, TX seeks an Outpatient Intake Coordinator to lead the intake process for outpatient behavioral health services. You will coordinate screenings, assessments, admissions, and referrals, while supporting a trauma-informed, dignified client experience.

Ideal candidates are licensed in TX and have 2–3 years of behavioral health experience, with strong organizational, relational, and documentation skills to ensure timely access and appropriate placement in

Qualifications

• Current Texas licensure or credential as an LPC, LCSW, or LCDC.
• Minimum of two to three years of relevant behavioral health experience.
• Proficiency with DSM-5-TR criteria, clinical assessment, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary clinical intake contact for outpatient services and families.
• Coordinate intake from inquiry through screening, assessment, admission, and enrollment.
• Conduct telephone screenings and biopsychosocial assessments.
• Apply clinical judgment to determine eligibility and level of care.
• Maintain client records and ensure timely documentation and referrals.
