Job summary

True North Recovery is seeking an Intake Coordinator to be the first point of contact for new clients, handling the intake process, eligibility verification, and interdepartmental coordination to facilitate care.

Responsibilities include answering calls, greeting clients, data entry, and maintaining knowledge of TNR services, policies, and Medicaid voucher processes. Strong organization and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of administrative experience.
• Experience with office management systems and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Answering and routing phone calls.
• Greeting clients and assisting with administrative needs.
• Filing client documents in physical and electronic folders.
• HIPAA-compliant task completion.
• Adapt to changing workload and discuss client/staff questions.
