Hill Country Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities Centers seeks a Therapist- LPHA for the Werlien Crisis Stabilization Unit to deliver trauma-informed therapy and participate in comprehensive care planning.

Responsibilities include CBT-based individual and group therapy, PCRP development, assessments, and timely documentation, with ongoing professional licensure and credentialing compliance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, sociology, behavioral or human services or related field with credential eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy using CBT, TF-CBT, CPT for adults in CSU.
• Develop and review Person-Centered Recovery Plans (PCRP) for clients.
• Complete assessments to inform diagnosis and treatment strategies.
• Document treatment interventions and client progress in progress notes.
