Job summary

Hill Country Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities Centers in Kerr County seeks a Therapist/LPHA (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) to provide short-term therapy to adults with severe mental illness or substance use disorders. The role includes OP clinics, home visits, and emotional support center duties as assigned.

You will conduct biopsychosocial assessments, develop PCRPs, and provide therapies such as CBT, CPT, and TF-CBT.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited program with licensure eligibility.
• Current LPC/LMFT/LCSW or Psych D license required.
• Driver's license and auto insurance in good standing.
• CPR certification and Prevention and Management of Aggressive Behavior training within 3 months of employment

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive clinical services within license scope.
• Deliver therapy to adults, and possibly children/families per assignment.
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments, treatment planning, and referrals.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in supervision.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and client outcomes.
• Adapt to flexible hours to meet client needs.
