Job summary

Hill Country MHDD Centers is seeking a Therapist/LPHA (LPC, LMFT, LCSW or Psych D) to provide short-term therapy to adults with severe mental illness or SUD. Responsibilities include assessments, DSM-5 diagnosis, PCRP development, and delivering CBT, CPT, and trauma-focused therapy in various settings.

You will work within an integrated clinical team, maintain licensure, participate in supervision, and adapt to flexible hours to meet client needs. EHR scheduling and documentation are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, sociology, behavioral or human services required.
• Current LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or Psych D license required or eligible for supervision.
• Maintain CPR certification and PMAB training within 3 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Foster a trauma-informed, person-centered environment for clients and staff.
• Provide trauma-informed counseling to children, adolescents, adults, couples and families.
• Deliver interventions in individual, family, and group settings.
• Engage in multidisciplinary case consultation, meetings, and supervision.
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments, screenings, safety planning, and treatment planning.
