Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed Behavioral Health Counselor with CA license or in process for licensure.
• Experience delivering trauma-informed individual and group psychotherapy.
• Strong crisis intervention and risk assessment skills.
• Ability to develop and deliver culturally responsive outreach and education.

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-informed individual and group psychotherapy to students.
• Deliver crisis stabilization and de-escalation in acute situations.
• Develop treatment plans and coordinate bridge care to higher levels of care.
• Collaborate with CAPS, SHS, and campus partners to support student wellness.
