Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid, unrestricted license in a behavioral health counseling discipline.
• Five or more years of licensed experience.
• BLS certification by the start date.
• Advanced knowledge of clinical counseling principles and trauma-informed care.
• Experience with group and individual psychotherapy (CBT/DBT/ACT).
• Ability to work in a diverse university setting and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide culturally responsive, trauma-informed individual and group psychotherapy.
• Deliver crisis stabilization and de-escalation in clinical settings.
• Develop treatment plans and collaborate with CAPS and SHW teams.
• Coordinate with off-campus clinicians for wrap-around services.
• Participate in case management meetings and program trainings.
