Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Active Texas clinical license (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) in good standing; provisionally licensed candidates considered with supervision.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-informed, evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy.
• Conduct comprehensive intakes and clinical assessments; formulate DSM-based diagnoses.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans; provide ongoing therapeutic support and psychoeducation.
• Perform crisis intervention, risk assessment, safety planning, and de-escalation; participate in rotating on-call schedule.
• Assist with court-related support and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams; ensure timely clinical documentation.
