Job summary

The Bridge is seeking a compassionate Therapist to provide trauma-informed, evidence-based services to survivors of domestic and sexual violence. You will deliver individual, family, and group therapy, supporting clients in achieving safety, stability, and progress toward their personal goals.

The Therapist conducts comprehensive intakes and clinical assessments, formulates diagnoses using DSM criteria, and develops individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Texas clinical license (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) in good standing; provisionally licensed candidates may be considered with approved clinical supervision
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience with at-risk or trauma-impacted populations
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-informed, evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy for survivors of domestic and sexual violence
• Conduct comprehensive intakes and clinical assessments and develop DSM-based diagnoses
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans and ongoing psychoeducation
• Perform crisis intervention, risk assessment, safety planning, and de-escalation; participate in 24-hour on-call rotations
• Maintain timely clinical documentation and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
