Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology or behavioral science is required.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and access to a vehicle.

Aufgaben

• Manage an assigned caseload of referrals and provide services per requirements and objectives.
• Engage children, families, and caregivers in service delivery and treatment planning.
• Assess client and family needs and identify interventions to support safety and outcomes.
• Plan, implement, and adjust interventions using evidence-based approaches.
• Attend court hearings and provide testimony as required.
• Maintain meticulous documentation to support client progress and care standards.
• Transport clients using a personal vehicle when necessary.
• Provide mentoring and coaching to new or current staff.

Ausbildung
