Job summary

Gateway Rehab Center (GRC) has an outstanding opportunity for a Full-time Therapist who provides substance use treatment and case management for Back on Track in Erie, PA. The role includes supervision, collaboration with the treatment team, and ongoing documentation in a HIPAA-compliant environment.

The candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree with 1 year of health and human services experience and be able to deliver individual, group, and family therapy as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 1 year health and human services experience.
• Ability to perform individual, group, or family therapy as needed.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy.
• Develop and revise treatment plans with the treatment team.
• Complete clinical documentation timely and accurately.
• Monitor and obtain insurance authorizations for patient caseload.
• Maintain contact and relationships with referral sources.
• Plan for continuing care and appropriate referrals.
• Maintain productivity as required (50%).
• Participate in supervision and seek additional guidance as needed.
• Adhere to HIPAA and relevant regulations.
• Provide coverage for other programs as needed.
