Job summary

Gateway Rehabilitation Center (GRC) is seeking a passionate PRN Outpatient Therapist to join our East Liberty, PA team. You will provide individual, group, and family therapy, and contribute to treatment planning with the treatment team.

This role emphasizes trauma-informed, evidence-based practices, thorough documentation, and HIPAA compliance. A Bachelor’s degree and 1 year in health and human services are required, with PA background checks and clearances.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 1 year experience in health and human services.
• Pass PA Criminal Background Check.
• Obtain PA Child Abuse and FBI Fingerprinting Clearances.
• Pass Drug Screen.
• 2-Step TB Test.
• CPR/First Aid Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy.
• Develop and revise treatment plans with the treatment team.
• Complete clinical documentation accurately and timely.
• Maintain contact with referral sources and coordinate patient care.
• Monitor insurance authorizations and ensure coverage for caseload.
• Adhere to HIPAA and regulatory requirements.
