Job summary

Gateway Rehab Center in Center Township, PA is seeking a full-time Therapist to provide substance use treatment and case management for patients in our Co-Occurring program. The role includes delivering individual, group, and family therapy as warranted and coordinating with the treatment team.

You will complete assessments, update treatment plans, handle documentation, and maintain referrals and insurance authorizations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral health field required.
• Minimum 1 year of related experience in behavioral health.

Responsibilities

• Provides individual, group, and/or family therapy as patient needs.
• Develops and revises treatment plans in collaboration with the treatment team.
• Performs ongoing assessments and documents progress accurately; maintains HIPAA compliance.
• Maintains contact with referral sources and coordinates continuing care and referrals.
• Ensures insurance authorizations are completed for patient caseload and manages coverage as needed.
