KEYS Academy, supported by Health Connect America, seeks a licensed Special Education teacher to deliver trauma‑informed instruction in Virginia. You will design and deliver individualized instruction aligned to each student’s IEP goals while implementing the KEYS for a Big Life Curriculum.

Qualificações

• Strong knowledge of SPED law, IEP development, and compliance requirements.
• Experience designing instruction aligned to SOLs and IEP goals.
• Ability to analyze student data and adjust instruction accordingly.

Responsabilidades

• Develop lesson plans aligned to SOLs, school curriculum and IEP goals.
• Differentiate instruction to meet varied academic, behavioral and communication needs.
• Implement evidence-based teaching strategies and social-emotional supports.
• Embed communication development and Social Thinking into daily lessons.
• Use online platforms and educational resources to support learning.
• Maintain a structured master classroom schedule and collaborative practices.
