Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ experience working with homeless population.
• Demonstrated sensitivity and experience with knowledge of homelessness in disenfranchised communities.
• Familiarity with DHS regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate existing, new, and prospective clients/families.
• Develop individual living plans for families and provide therapeutic support.
• Conduct clinical case conferences with clients.

Skills

Bi-lingual, Mandarin or Spanish preferred

Excellent communication skills

Ability to write and record case documentation

Skills in group counseling

Ability to make psychosocial assessments

Computer-literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office

Education

Masters or better in Social Work
