Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work required.
• LMSW licensure required or in-process.
• Experience with homeless populations and trauma-informed care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' mental and emotional functioning and provide treatment.
• Provide clinical supervision to Case Managers and oversee service planning.
• Coordinate mental health/psychiatric care and referrals as needed.
• Develop and facilitate group meetings and ILPs for families.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in client records.
• Participate in trainings and staff supervision sessions.
• Respond to crises and engage external providers to meet residents’ needs.
