Job summary

Qualifications

• MSW degree required.
• New York licensure (LMSW/LMHC) or ability to obtain.
• 3–5 years of clinical/behavioral health experience.
• Experience supervising case management staff preferred.
• Strong trauma-informed care and crisis intervention knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and trauma-informed support for participants.
• Supervise case managers and ensure care coordination.
• Conduct mental health screenings and psychosocial assessments.
• Develop individualized service plans and maintain documentation.
• Coordinate referrals to mental health and other clinical services.
• Support staff training on trauma-informed care.
