Job summary

The Bachrach Group in Bronx, NY is seeking a Clinical Supervisor (LMSW) to provide clinical oversight and supervision for direct care staff. The role ensures ethical, trauma-informed services and program integrity to improve client outcomes.

Responsibilities include supervising social workers and other staff, approving assessments and treatment plans, and ensuring regulatory compliance with OMH/OASAS/DOH and NASW ethics. Prior experience and licensure in NY are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Current New York State LMSW license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to social workers, counselors, case managers, and other direct care staff in accordance with regulatory and agency standards
• Review and approve psychosocial assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries
• Ensure services are delivered using trauma-informed, person-centered, and evidence-based practices
• Monitor staff compliance with documentation, productivity, and quality assurance requirements
• Conduct individual and group supervision sessions and support staff professional growth
• Provide clinical guidance for complex cases, crisis situations, and risk management concerns
• Collaborate with program leadership to improve service delivery and client outcomes
• Participate in case conferences, utilization reviews, and multidisciplinary team meetings
• Support onboarding, training, and performance evaluations of clinical staff
• Ensure compliance with OMH, OASAS, DOH, Medicaid, and other applicable regulatory standards
• Maintain awareness of ethical standards and ensure adherence to the NASW Code of Ethics
