Job summary

CAMBA Inc. in New York City is seeking a Case Manager for Project Restore Brownsville. Under supervision you will provide intensive, participant-centered case management to stabilize families and support safety, education, employment and wellness.

You will develop individualized service plans, coordinate referrals across housing, mental health, and education, and maintain thorough documentation. This full-time role offers a $65,000 annual salary and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2 years of case management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field preferred.
• Experience with trauma‑informed care.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and time‑management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive, participant-centered case management services.
• Develop individualized service plans and coordinate care.
• Maintain weekly case management contact and track progress.
• Coordinate referrals to education, employment, housing, mental health.
• Support participants with court obligations and system requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports.
