Job summary

Women In Need (Win) in New York seeks a Clinical Director to lead trauma-informed clinical services across transitional housing programs, partner with the AVP, standardize social work practices, and drive program improvement. You will supervise clinicians, deliver MI and TIC, build referral networks, and oversee mental health initiatives across sites in DHS THRIVE NYC funded programs.

Applicants must hold a NY State LCSW or LMHC with 3+ years of related experience, and bilingual English/Spanish

Qualifications

• Must hold NY State LCSW or LMHC with at least 3 years of experience.
• Experience delivering trauma-informed care and motivational interviewing.
• Strong supervision and staff development skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Clinical Supervisors to ensure high-quality clinical case management for families and individuals.
• Provide individual and group counseling using trauma-informed and harm reduction approaches.
• Build and maintain strong referral networks for mental health and substance use services.
• Lead the implementation of evidence-based practices and support development of clinical assessment tools.
• Deliver training in Motivational Interviewing and Trauma-Informed Care to strengthen staff capability.
• Provide clinical oversight, site support, and strategic input on mental health initiatives across programs.
