Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• 1 year of Supervisory experience; 1 year ORR experience with youth services.
• Knowledge of human behavior, development and trauma.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for the assigned shift and ensure proper supervision.
• Develop monthly staff work schedules and maintain documentation.
• Ensure intake services are completed and provide youth with program overview and initial placements.
• Provide basic needs to unaccompanied children on arrival, including meals and clothing.
• Attend required training and program meetings; participate in evacuations when necessary.
• Travel for training, conferences, or to transport unaccompanied children within the U.S.
