Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related Human Services field.
• One year supervisory experience preferred.
• One year case management experience required.
• Bilingual English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and direct supervision of the case management department.
• Train new case managers and monitor department performance.
• Coordinate audits, case assignments, and staff scheduling.
• Maintain confidential records and coordinate with ORR and other providers.
• Communicate with stakeholders and ensure trauma-informed care for youth.
• Prepare documentation and reports in case management software.
