Job summary

Children’s Network of Hillsborough, LLC is seeking a Youth Care Supervisor to oversee daily operations of a residential home for youth who have experienced trauma. You will lead staff, implement trauma-informed practices, ensure safety, and maintain compliance with agency policies.

The role includes developing treatment plans, supervising up to twelve youth care specialists, coordinating activities, documenting records, and providing a structured, therapeutic environment around the clock.

Qualifications

• Experience with at-risk youth.
• One year of supervisory experience.
• DJJ experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and report suspected abuse or rights violations.
• Ensure health, safety and well-being of residents at all times.
• Provide training and feedback to staff through role modeling.
• Implement therapy, training and behavior programs and data collection.
• Maintain documentation of client records (progress notes, incident reports, medications).
• Supervise youth care staff and coordinate activities to ensure 24/7 coverage.
