Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months experience in health or human service fields preferred.
• Demonstrated verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Individuals with lived expertise are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for guests and maintain safety by visual monitoring of all guests and staff.
• Conduct scheduled safety checks of entrances, common areas, and exterior spaces.
• Complete required intake documentation and HMIS entries.
• Follow safety plans and report incidents to supervisor.
• Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation; call 911 when needed.
