Job summary

• Collaborate with case managers and partners to support residents' housing goals.
• Adhere to schedules and participate in ongoing training and HMIS data entry.

Roof Above was born through the merger of Urban Ministry Center and Men’s Shelter of Charlotte in 2019.POSITION SUMMARYThe Shelter Specialist is responsible for supporting the daily management of the shelter; facilitating a trauma informed, person-centered environment for services; and using a minimum impact approach to de-escalating stress.
