Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor shelter staff and volunteers during shifts.
• Manage resident intake, orientation, and case coordination with program staff.
• Enforce policies with a trauma-informed approach.
• Maintain accurate documentation and resident records in compliance with standards.
• Coordinate with social workers and community resources to support residents.
• Conduct regular facility inspections for cleanliness and safety.
