• Maintain a caseload of up to 40 participants, with direct services and referrals for public benefits, housing, medical, mental health, legal needs.
• Provide individual, group, and walk-in counseling to young adults; crisis intervention as needed.
• Supervise daily operations of the Social Support team; assign caseloads; provide clinical supervision.
• Oversee referrals, intake processes, and participant assignment to program tracks; ensure compliant documentation.
• Audit databases and maintain local referral resources; develop systems to improve services.
• Collaborate to integrate trauma-informed practices and provide related staff training.
