Job summary

Goddard Riverside Community Center is seeking a Senior Case Manager within the Social Support team in Manhattan, NY. You will maintain a caseload of up to 40 participants, provide direct services, referrals, counseling, crisis intervention, and update action plans while modeling trauma-informed care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or closely related field.
• 3-5+ years of case management or social services experience.
• MSW or LMSW or actively pursuing preferred.
• SIFI certified.
• Bi-/multilingual a plus.
• Experience supervising staff and/or interns.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a caseload of up to 40 participants and provide direct services and referrals.
• Provide individual, group, and walk-in counseling to young adults.
• Provide crisis intervention and stabilization services as needed.
• Periodically reassess participant needs and update action plans.
• Supervise daily operations of the Social Support team and provide clinical supervision.
• Provide orientation and training to new staff and interns; deliver in-service training.
