Cascadia Health is seeking a Program Supervisor I for a secure residential facility in SE Portland, OR. The role supports trauma-informed care, multidisciplinary collaboration, and client-centered goals to transition residents to less restrictive settings.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a behavioral science field or three years of relevant experience, plus QMHA credential eligibility. On-site supervision and coordination with the team are essential aspects of the job.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science or three years of full-time professional experience with adults with severe and persistent mental illness.
• Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) credential eligibility as per OAR 309-016-0005.

Mansioni

• Manage program milieu and supervise staff to meet goals.
• Coordinate with treatment team and community resources.
• Assist in crisis situations and follow emergency protocols.
• Ensure documentation is accurate and compliant, including EHR records.
• Prepare reports for the Program Manager and stakeholders.
