Cascadia Health is seeking a Program Supervisor I for a secure residential facility in Portland. The role leads an interdisciplinary team, ensuring trauma-informed care and safety while directing daily operations and milieu management.

You will support staff through training, supervision, and coordination with the Program Manager, ensuring quality care and compliance with regulations. The position requires a driver’s license and CPR certification.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in behavioral science or three years of professional experience with adults with severe mental illness.
Ability to credential as QMHA per OAR 309-016-0005 and keep current.
Minimum three years of clinical experience; supervision is a plus.
Valid driver’s license and CPR certification are required.

Mansioni

Integrate Harm Reduction, Trauma Informed Care and Motivational Interviewing into daily operations.
Establish work plans and supervise staff performance and training.
Develop and manage the therapeutic milieu under Program Manager guidance.
Maintain documentation in the EHR and prepare required reports.
Coordinate with treatment team to ensure smooth, trauma-informed resident care.
