Job summary

Cascadia Health operates Pearl House in Oregon City, providing residential treatment with a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach. The Program Supervisor I works with an interdisciplinary team to implement treatment plans, monitor progress, and support residents toward less restrictive living environments.

The position requires experience in mental health services, supervision, and a commitment to evidence-based practices. Expect a schedule from Sunday through Thursday, 11:00 a.m.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral science field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum three years clinical experience preferred; supervision experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of Motivational Interviewing and Trauma-Informed Care required.

Responsibilities

• Integrate best practices into day-to-day operations, including Harm Reduction and Trauma-Informed Care.
• Provide training and guidance to staff to meet program goals.
• Develop and manage the therapeutic milieu under Program Manager direction.
• Maintain documentation in EHR and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Cover shifts as needed to maintain staffing.
• Prepare reports for Program Manager and stakeholders.
