Job summary

Cascadia Health is seeking a Program Manager III to lead multiple licensed residential treatment facilities in the Portland area. You will provide clinical oversight, supervise staff, and ensure regulatory compliance while advancing trauma-informed, person-first care within an integrated care model.

The role requires a Master’s in behavioral science, QMHP credentialing, and at least five years in community mental health with two years of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in behavioral science required; QMHP credential per Oregon rules.
• Minimum five years in community mental health; 3 years post-grad clinical experience and 2 years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the clinical program, including client care and quality improvement.
• Set annual goals with leadership aligned to integrated treatment and mission.
• Investigate and resolve client complaints with Quality Management input.
• Develop operating budgets to support program goals and monitor expenditures.
• Attend meetings to advocate for programs and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Oversee and analyze clinical data to inform decisions.
