Cascadia Health is seeking a Program Manager III for the PSRB El Dorado program in SE Portland. You will lead an interdisciplinary team, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide clinical oversight to staff in a high‑acuity setting.

This in-person leadership role requires strong communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills, with focus on trauma-informed, person‑centered care. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule, competitive benefits, and a path to program excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in community mental health.
• Three years clinical experience delivering community behavioral health services and two years supervisory experience.
• Understand the recovery model, motivational interviewing, illness management and recovery approaches.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day operations of the clinical program, including client care and service delivery.
• Set annual goals aligned with integrated treatment and mission.
• Investigate and resolve client complaints with quality management.
• Monitor expenditures and manage budget to stay within plan.
• Oversee data to monitor performance and support decision making.
