Job summary

Cascadia Health is seeking a Program Supervisor I for Pearl House in Oregon City, OR. The role supports residents in a licensed residential treatment setting, coordinating trauma-informed services and staff supervision.

You will collaborate with the treatment team, ensure program goals align with Harm Reduction and Motivational Interviewing approaches, and supervise daily operations as directed by the Program Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral science field from an accredited college or university.
• QMHA credentialing per OAR 309-016-0005; certification must be kept current.
• Minimum three years of clinical experience providing inpatient or outpatient services; supervision is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Integrate Harm Reduction, Trauma Informed Care, and Motivational Interviewing into daily operations.
• Establish work plans and priorities for staff members and assess progress.
• Conduct performance reviews for staff members or provide info to assess performance.
• Provide training and guidance to staff to meet program goals and objectives.
• Develop and manage the therapeutic milieu under the direction of the Program Manager.
• Attend supervision, clinical case conferences, and staff meetings to communicate needs.
