Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral science field or three years of related experience.
• Competence to become credentialed as QMHA per OAR 309-016-0005; certification kept current.
• Minimum of three years of clinical experience; supervision experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Integrate Harm Reduction, Trauma Informed Care and Motivational Interviewing in daily operations.
• Establish work plans, supervise staff, and conduct performance reviews with the Program Manager.
• Develop and manage the therapeutic milieu; model interventions and guide staff in difficult cases.
• Attend supervision, case conferences, and staff meetings; prepare reports for stakeholders.
• Ensure documentation is complete in EHR and compliant with regulations; manage on-site staffing.
