Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Counseling, Social Work or related field is required.
• Strong social-emotional or trauma-informed care background is preferred.
• Must demonstrate mastery of counseling responsibilities and be computer literate.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exemplary school counseling program addressing students' academic and personal/social development.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and community resources to support student success.
• Participate on IEP teams as appropriate and assist with initial assessments and evaluations.
• Coordinate interventions and monitor progress while maintaining confidentiality and professional ethics.
