Qualifications

• Ohio certification and competence as a school-based social services counselor.
• Proficiency with confidential information handling and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Promote student success with a comprehensive school counseling program.
• Coordinate initial assessments, participate on IEP teams, and oversee evaluations.
• Develop and refine behavior management systems and monitor interventions.
• Serve as liaison with staff and outside resources to support families and students.
• Provide counseling documentation and maintain student progress records.
