Job summary
Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community Healing Center is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver trauma-informed, compassionate care for adults in residential treatment. You will administer medications, monitor vital signs, support withdrawal management and MAT, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities include nursing assessments, admissions, and ensuring safe medication practices. The role involves driving clients to offsite appointments and participating in cultural healing
Qualifications
- Current, unrestricted RN license in Minnesota.
- Trauma-informed nursing approach with strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience in behavioral health or residential care preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care, administer medications, monitor symptoms and vital signs.
- Support withdrawal management and MAT per protocols.
- Maintain nursing documentation in NextGen and participate in admissions and screenings.
