The Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community Healing Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) - PRN to provide compassionate, trauma-informed care for adults in residential treatment. You will administer medications, monitor vitals, support MAT, complete health assessments, and participate in an interdisciplinary team.

$36 - $46 depending on experience with $2 shift difference from 7 PM – 7 AM and on weekends.
This role will work 4 - 8-hour shifts in total of 32 hours a week.
The Registered Nurse (RN) delivers compassionate, trauma-informed nursing care to adult clients in residential (substance use disorder and/or mental health) treatment at the Healing Center. The RN plays a key role in ensuring medical safety, supporting withdrawal management protocols, administering medications, and working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team. This role also includes transporting clients to offsite appointments and other approved activities using facility motorpool vehicles. The RN contributes to a culturally respectful healing environment, with special emphasis on the needs of Native American clients, particularly those from the four Dakota tribes.
